The American Legion Post 77 was first chartered in 1938 as the John Robbins Burkett Post 77. Post 77 was re-chartered in 1948 as the John Robbins Burkett-Beverly E. Miller Post 77. American Legion Post 77, located in Houston, TX, is the post home to Presidents. Post 77 is proud to serve as the post home to President George Herbert Walker Bush and President George Walker Bush.
