AMERICAN LEGION POST 77 - PROGRAMS - NROTC and ROTC

Military and Academic Excellence Programs

Annually, Post 77 and Unit 77 present (6) Military Excellence Medals and (6) Scholastic Excellence Medals to the NROTC Navy and Marine Corps. Cadets from Rice University and ROTC Airforce and Army Cadets from the University of Houston. The C. Grady Smith Memorial Award (Binoculars) is also awarded to one of the selected NROTC or ROTC Cadets.
