Military and Academic Excellence Programs

Annually, Post 77 and Unit 77 present (6) Military Excellence Medals and (6) Scholastic Excellence Medals to the ROTC Navy and Marine Corps. Cadets from Rice University and ROTC Airforce Cadets from the University of Houston. The C. Grady Smith Memorial Award (Binoculars) is also awarded to one of the selected ROTC Cadets.
